Where are you based?

Oh See Cakes is a home based bakery based in Calgary, AB and we serve the Calgary Area. 
What are the Food Allergens?

Our cakes contain dairy, eggs, and gluten.

Please note that we do not currently offer dairy-free, eggless, or vegan cake options. We apologise for any inconvenience!

We are unable to guarantee that our products will be 100% free of nuts and soy products.

A full list of detailed ingredients can be provided upon request.
How far in advance should I order?

We recommend placing orders at least 3–5 days in advance for standard items and 1–2 weeks in advance for custom cakes.
Do you offer delivery?

I do not offer personal delivery for your items However, I gladly accept the Uber Delivery Package service!

Many customers choose to organise an Uber delivery to collect their items. Let me know in advance when you’ll be arranging the collection, and I’ll be happy to hand it over to the driver for you. Please note that I am not liable for any damages that could occur during the delivery. 
When are shipped orders sent out and how long do they take?

Orders are typically shipped early in the week (Monday–Tuesday) to avoid delays over weekends.

Shipping times vary depending on location but typically take 2–4 business days.
when are pickups available?

Pickup is currently available Saturdays only. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive the pickup address and time window.
Do you ship your products?

Yes! Select items such as cookie and other packaged treats are available for shipping across Canada.
How should I store my cake or treats?

Cakes should be kept refrigerated and brought to room temperature for about 30–60 minutes before serving for the best taste and texture.

Cookies and cookie pies can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3–4 days and frozen for up to 2 months.
Do you offer refunds or cancellations?

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to make it right.
